Usher testified in court today that his ex-wife Tameka Foster assaulted him and spat on his girlfriend during a violent confrontation.

TMZ reports that after dropping off his their eldest child at Tameka's house, she flew into a jealous rage when she realised his new partner was in the car that he had parked a distance from the home.
"I'm gonna kick your a*s. B***h get out of the car," Usher told the court of Tameka's words. "How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?"
The Confessions star said that "she continued to spit" at the woman.
"At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her," he added about Tameka's actions as she tried to attack his new love.
Usher added that he tried to calm Tameka down but she hit him and then "threw a plate of food at the car" that she had been holding in her hand as he fled the scene.
