Music plays a big part in Turning Point but there's much more to it. During the creative workshops budding DJs can have a go on the decks, photographers can see if they have what it takes to be the next Rankin or David Bailey and fashionistas can show off their styling skills.
If that's not enough, there will be discussions about current issues facing young people, giving festival-goers a chance to have their say. And if anyone needs a breather, they can kick back in the Roundhouse Café or bar, shop at the outdoor market featuring emerging designing talent.
Sophie Haiselden, one of the young people organising the Turning Point Festival said, "The musical talent that we have lined up shows how much people believe in this project and want it to work. But Turning Point is so much more than just great music. Some of the UK's most creative young talent has worked really hard to make this festival work."
