After 3 million track sales to date, Florida quartet We The Kings made quite an impression when they hit the UK last summer as guests to Simple Plan.
The band are now set to commence 2013 with a fresh run of activity on these shores. Not only have they announced details of their largest headline tour to date, the 'UK Is Forever' tour, which includes a London show at the Scala, but they will also release the 'Friday Is Forever' EP on January 21st on S-Curve Records / Warner Bros. Records.
The yearning, summery power-pop of 'Friday Is Forever' opens the five-track EP which is completed by the live favourite 'Check Yes Juliet' as well as three acoustic songs which are previously unreleased in the UK in the shape of 'Party, Fun, Love & Radio', 'Say You Like Me' and 'Secret To New York'.

'Friday Is Forever' features on the band's current third album 'Sunshine State of Mind' (S-Curve Records / Warner Bros Records) which debuted at #3 on the iTunes US album chart. Recorded by long-term collaborators S*A*M* & Sluggo (Gym Class Heroes, Metro Station), 'Sunshine State of Mind' finds the band – frontman Travis Clark, guitarists Hunter Thomsen and Coley O'Toole, bassist Charles Trippy and drummer Danny Duncan – expanding their musical palette and demonstrating how recent years on the road with the likes of All Time Low and Forever The Sickest Kids have helped them further their own musical identity.
We The King's profile continues to grow with a combined 1.3 million fans at Facebook and Twitter, and over 18 million streams of their videos at YouTube.
