No Blame

No Blame project officially started at the beginning of 2007. The first goals were immediately achieved, and due to several live exhibitions the band became a reality of Bari underground scene. Soon began contacts with other italian bands the group shared the stage with, spacing from the purest hardcore to emocore scenes. The first great name arrived in July 2007, when No Blame played near Lecce with Los Fastidios, one of the greatest european Oi and Street punk bands, and Trojan Sound System, a group from London playing reggae music. After a little rest in the summer, the band restored its activity, planning to record a demo, but unfortunately sickness and mistrust broke up between the members of the band, that after a few dates split up, playing for the last time in the second edition of the Staypunk festival. However, at the beginning of 2008, Marco and Francesco joined the band, respectively at drums and guitar, giving new life to the band, that continued playing in Bari and in many cities of the South of Italy. Finally the band recorded its first ep, "Keep the hardcore elite", containing tracks which mixes the tipic '90s melodic hardcore sound with modern metalcore and emocore influences, and lyrics that, together with the title of the ep, express how the band has not only music to show, but also ideals and attitude. Working in promotion with a great will the band got sponsored by Lunatica clothing, engaging relationships with other italian bands (such as Myfashionlove, Antefatti, RFC -whom the band shared a mini-tour with-, etc..) and began to increase its notority toward promotion and management agencies. Besides the band continued to exhibit with very important bands, such as Linea 77, Vanilla Sky, to perform on the stage of Caserta Rock Festival, (awarded as the best Italian rock festival), where sharing the stage with Punkreas, Me and For Rent and many others. After a month the group announced their first tour "Keep the hardcore elite tour" that will bring the band around Italy, keeping busy until 2009.
