1.) A band featuring Frances McKee of The Vaselines. 2) A St. Louis band active in the mid-1980s, featuring Jeff Barbush, Carl Pandolfi, Mike Martin and Jack Petracek. 2.) Painkillers is a young Romanian rock band. The group is formed by Danni Ionescu on vocals, Florin Panianopol-lead guitar, Dipratu Radu-Rythm Guitar, Ilies Andrei-Bass and Toma Gabi on drums. Their music is diverse, influenced by many genres such as hard rock, metal, alternativ, modern rock and nu metal. One critic said the band sounds like Creedence Clearwater Revival high on Guns N'Roses Drugs. Other influences may be Red Hot Chili Peppers,Yngwie Malmsteen, Staind, Metallica and many others
