Paragraf 119 Biography
Paragraf 119 was an anarcho-punk band hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark. The band was was created in the end of the 90's, by members of the scene around the Copenhagen Youth House, Ungdomshuset. Their first release came in 2000. The band dissolved in 2003, shortly after one of the members, Katrine, got pregnant. The sound of the band is fast, mean and aggressive and it's clearly hardcore influenced. The lyrics are highly political, focusing on subjects such as state and police control, subculture and counterculture, inequality and anarchy.
