(2)Race were a five piece alternative rock band from Somerset, in the UK. They became known on the local scene for their powerful live shows and thought provoking lyrics. In 2005 they performed at Glastonbury festival on the Jazz stage on the Thursday afternoon as part of the stages sound check. They have now disbanded. (3) Race was also a rap/metal/reggae/ska influenced band from Hamilton Ontario on Indica Records.
