Shadow From The Sun

Shadow From The Sun comprises of a song writing duo, Jake Bailey and Adam Connell. They first met at Stafford college in 2005 while studying Music Technology, in the past the pair had played in several bands and a number of recording projects but in late 2009 the pair came together to form a serious acoustic act and began song writing. Soon after they began recording several tracks which then came to form a 2 track single called Love Is Blind which was released on 12th March 2010. The release featured the title track and also a track entitled Fly Away. The single was originally planned to be released in January 2010 however the band were faced with the opportunity to work with Derek Holt, who is best known for his work with the Climax Blues Band and in particular two hits, "Couldn't Get It Right" which reached 3 in the billboard top 100 in 1976 and "I Love You" which reached 12 in the billboard top 100 in 1980.
