Takahashi Hiroki

Hiroki Takahashi was born 7 September, 1974. He is a famous voice actor (or seiyu) in Japan, but he also likes to sing; he sang the opening theme to Dragonball. His voice roles include but are not limited to Japan in Axis Powers: Hetalia, Katsuya Jounouchi in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Arthur Trine in Gundam Seed Destiny, Starscream/Hell Scream in Beast Wars Second, Hisoka in Hunter x Hunter, and Endo Shoji in Nana.
