The Palpitations

The Palpitations have been winning hearts and singing about broken ones in an astonishingly hopeful and captivating way for just under a year. Like a diamond amongst cut glass, The Palpitations have brought us something so shiny and new that everyone wants a piece. Four heartbeats make up The Palpitations; Danielle, Davey, William and Nicholas. Bonded by the refusal to join the cul-de-sac sect their surroundings insist- ed upon - they have produced powerful haunting songs to shake the audience out of their daily slumber and routine. In the beginning Danielle sang lullabies to herself as her baby slept, singing of Suburbia and semi-detachment inside and outside of her four walls. It filled her with deep unease and suspicion. What do these people do to make them feel alive?
