The Republic Of Wolves

The Republic Of Wolves is a new project started by members of Tigers On Trains (Mason Maggio and Christian VanDeurs) along with Gregg Andrew Dellarocca, Billy Duprey, and Chris Wall. On December 16th, 2009, The Republic of Wolves' debut EP His Old Branches was self-released for purchase on Amazon MP3. It includes new versions of the four previously released demos, as well as three entirely new songs. The band had gotten increased attention in the late summer of 2009 due to their initial demos being leaked onto YouTube by a friend and labeled as demos from new songs off of Brand New's then-upcoming album, Daisy. As of April 2010, The Republic of Wolves have released a limited edition 7" vinyl single through independent record company Simple Stereo. The release featured the song "Cardinals" from His Old Branches and a new song, "Wood/Bricks." The vinyl also came with two download-only alternate versions of the song "For His Old Branches." Pre-orders of the physical CD release of the His Old Branches EP began April 6. The release is being distributed through Vintage Hustle Records.
