Trash Talk Biography
Trash Talk is an American hardcore punk band from Sacramento, California, formed in 2005. They have toured all around the world including Japan, Australia, Europe, as well as performed in many festivals in support of their releases. Formed in 2005, Trash Talk began releasing a demo and 7 inch vinyl EP on Sell Our Souls Records. After that they would go on to release a split with Bay Area band Steel Trap on Spiderghost Pressgang. During the 2006 year, they would be later signed to Rumble Records to record their debut album Walking Disease. Trash Talk would later be signed to Malfunction Records (imprint of Jacob Bannon's Deathwish Inc. label in 2007 for their new EP Plagues; which would later be a compilation with Walking Disease). After extensive touring throughout the world, they would leave Deathwish Inc. to manage their own label named Trash Talk Collective where they would then release all their content through that only in the United States. In 2008, Trash Talk went to Chicago with Steve Albini to work on their full-length album. 2009 saw the release of their single "East of Eden", featuring vocals from Keith Morris of Black Flag/Circle Jerks. After the release of "East of Eden" Trash Talk kept a regular tour schedule and would go over seas. In 2010, Trash Talk have set a release date for their second full-length album Eyes & Nines on Trash Talk Collective in America. Eyes & Nines was released on May 18th digitally and June 8th physically.
