Weberty Moreira

Weberty Moreira (Guarulhos, SP, Brazil, June 11, 1990) is a Brazilian singer and songwriter. In December 2009, can borrow a guitar with a musician friend and begins to teach himself. With just a few days playing the guitar, writes his first song, "A Súplica", just decides to be a musician and not an actor (where this was his biggest dream life) and because several attempts to pass entrance examinations and not getting the desired course it was the Performing Arts, Weberty ends up dedicating only in music. In 2010, begins his career as a singer and composer and his main influence comes from singers Bob Dylan and Humberto Gessinger. In 2010, Weberty together with some friends founded a rock band called Astheroid where he is the lead singer and chief songwriter Marcello Costa on guitar and vocals, Ismael Barbosa on bass and Rafael Sousa on drums. The first gig Astheroid happened on August 20, 2010 in Escola de Ensino Fundamental José Paulo de Sousa at Lagoa do Mato, Itatira, Ceará.
