Charmaine

An only child of parents who immigrated to Australia from Chile, Charmaine grew up in the city of Sydney. Music was at the core of her family, her parents committing their lives to music ministry and traveling the world as part of a vocal group; Charmaine was born on tour in Los Angeles and raised out of a suitcase. Now over 1-million people have heard the voice of Charmaine as she's toured across the U.S. and throughout over 30 countries internationally with a number of well known Christian recording artists until she turned 23 and knew it was time to branch out and find a way to share a story through a sound that is unmistakably her own. Partnering with friend and producer, Frederick Williams (Music Director- backstreet boys), a record blending orchestral, electronic sounds with the mellifluous voice that is unmistakably Charmaine was born, and early critics are calling it one of the "greatest surprises of 2010."
