With a background in percussion, piano, guitar and classical voice, Gary is an independent musician frustrated with the low quality and decaying morality of popular music. His originals blend melodic elements of rock/blues with the groove centered feel of soul and funk, together with thoughtful inspirational lyrics, into a style all his own. Along with hard hitting originals, Gary wields an ocean of covers from contemporary and classic artists, honing his craft in everything from coffee shops and bars to private parties and corporate events. Though the songs vary and the topics are diverse, the ultimate message behind my music is that we are not alone.
