Actor and rocker Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo have gotten back together and are to marry.
"American Horror Story" and "The Voice" star, 34, and the Victoria's Secret Angel, 24 – who broke up months ago – are engage to be married, Levine's publicist tells PEOPLE.
"Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," the rep says. "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."
Levine split from model, Anne Vyalitsyna last year before dating Behati.
