Adam Levine is already hard at work on "American Horror Story." The singer, set to play one half of the Lovers, was photographed on set wearing a tank top and black jeans.
Ryan Murphy, the show's creator, tweeted out a snapshot of Levine on Monday, and in it, the Maroon 5 singer shines a light on a piece of graffiti in the shape of a face. "Two of our stars who started shooting today - - the multi-talented @adamlevine and Bloody Face!"
For his part, Levine, who has owned up to not watching the hit FX series because he's too scared to, hasn't seemed to conquer his fear quite yet. He wrote, "Shooting A.H.S. It's C.A.F. (Creepy As F---)."
For quite some time, no one knew who was set to play Levine's better half, but last week it was announced that Channing Tatum's real-life lover, Jenna Dewan, is set to play the other Lover. EW.com first reported the casting and little else is known about just how hot and steamy Dewan and Levine will get next season, set in a 1960s mental institution.
Levine and Dewan are hardly the only pretty people set to appear in season two. Several season-one favorites will return and there will be a handful of newcomers as well. Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto, Chloe Sevigny and French actress Lizzie Brochere have all been cast. As of now, Lange will play the woman heading up the mental institution.
