Adele has resumed her UK tour, following a series of cancelled tour dates due to her recent illness.
The London singer played in front of over 3,000 fans on Tuesday night (September 13) at Leicester's De Montfort Hall.
Speaking to the crowd, Adele said: "Thank God I'm f*cking well. I've been ill as a dog. I need to wait until the infection has cleared up. No use battling through it because it'll only make me weaker."
The singer was forced to postpone the first six dates in the jaunt due to a severe chest infection.
In a statement on her official website, Adele promised that the gigs, which included dates in Bournemouth and Cardiff, would be rescheduled at “the earliest opportunity”.
Adele's UK tour will continue tomorrow (September 16) at Manchester Apollo.
Meanwhile, Adele, Jessie J and Arctic Monkeys are among the acts to receive multiple nominations for this year's Q Awards.
Adele and Jessie J are both shortlised for Best Female Act, while the former's single 'Rolling In The Deep' also has a nod for Best Single.
