Adele has been given the all clear to perform at this weekend's Grammy awards.
The London singer, who underwent surgery to remove polyps from her vocal chords in November, will make her live return at the awards in Los Angeles.
Grammy president Neil Portnow has revealed he asked her doctor to confirm she's safe to sing.
Neil told The Sun "All of us in the industry were concerned." But added that the doctor has allayed his fears.
He said: "He performs medical miracles on many other recording artists and he told me she was remarkably resilient and would shine and soar.
"Expectations are high but they will be met."

Nominees for the prestigious Album Of The Year award include Adele's '21', Bruno Mars' 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans', Foo Fightes for 'Wasting Light', Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' and Rihanna's 'Loud'.
Kanye West has received has been nominated in seven categories; four for his solo work and three as part of his collaboration with Jay-Z on 'Watch The Throne'.
Radiohead and Rihanna are each nominated in four categories, while Coldplay, Minaj and Lady GaGa have each secured three nominations.
