Overview
The Someone Like You singer was forced to cancel a number of shows in the US last month after contracting the throat problem and was told to rest her voice.
But in an interview today, the 23-year-old star told BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles that she has been given the all-clear after recuperating in the UK for the past month.
She said: 'It's basically a hole in your vocal cord, but I sang through it, so that's why it popped. I'm better now it's fine, I got the all-clear.'
Adele is set to perform at the iTunes Festival, in London, on Thursday.
