The 23-year-old dedicated songs to her hometown London and late friend Amy Winehouse as she resumed her North American tour in Canada yesterday.
The Someone Like You hitmaker paid tribute to her pal Amy, who died last month, by belting out a cover of Bob Dylan's Make You Feel My Love, and said: 'She was a big part of my life in so many ways.'
Adele also dedicated her tune Hometown Glory to her birthplace, Tottenham, which was hit by riots after the fatal shooting of a man on Thursday.
According to The Vancouver Sun, she said: 'I have to sing this one for my hometown. London is under attack by a bunch of idiots.'
