Adele has said she is too scared to perform at festival or in arenas.
The singer said she feared suffering an “anxiety attack” and believed her music wouldn't translate well in a field.
"I will not do festivals. The thought of an audience that big frightens the life out of me,” she told Q magazine.
“I don't think the music would work either. It's all too slow.”
The London singer went on to joke that she would rather perform a 12-year residency at London's 250-capacity Barfly venue than one night at the O2 Arena.
