MTV Crashes Manchester was a free, ticketed live music event, created in collaboration with Manchester City Council and filmed for MTV World Stage – a global series that brings multi-genre talent with global relevance to audiences around the world through MTV's extensive global network.
From the EMAs in Edinburgh in 2003, to the Isle of MTV Malta Special, to Belfast's MTV Presents Titanic Sounds, MTV Crashes Manchester continued MTV's long history of partnering with local tourist boards to create iconic live music events specifically for local fans and international music lovers. Over the years the network has entertained hundreds of thousands of music fans and delivered some of the most memorable local live events of the last decade.
