Alicia Keys is feeling "invigorated" during her pregnancy.
The 33-year-old singer is due to give birth to her second child with husband Swizz Beatz in December, and is showing no signs of slowing down. She gushed about how great she feels so close to her baby's arrival.
"I feel really good," Alicia told E! News. "I'm just invigorated. I'm just moved."
The Fallin' songstress laughed that Swizz has even tried to encourage her to calm down and "get some rest", but she simply can't. She explained this is largely due to all the charitable work she's been doing of late.
"I started something called the We Are Here movement, which supports Keep a Child Alive and 12 other organizations as well," Alicia told the entertainment news outlet.
She co-founded the organization when she noticed how overwhelming it was to try to individually address all of the world's issues. Her idea was to create a way to approach it in a more "holistic" way, and this has left her feeling great about life.
"I'm just motivated," the star went on. "I can't help it!"
Alicia and Swizz already have four-year-old son Egypt. He is just as excited as they are for the new baby's arrival.
"Are you kidding?" the singer laughed when asked if her eldest was ready to be a big brother. "He's not going to be the baby anymore. He's ready!"
Swizz added their son is "already preparing" to welcome a sibling. He has apparently started experimenting with a doll to ready himself to take care of his incoming baby brother or sister.
"He's like, 'Am I supposed to be doing this? Am I supposed to be doing that?' He's so ready. It's a blessing," the hip-hop artist raved.
However, apparently Egypt isn't sure if he wants it to be a boy or a girl, and "changes his mind every day" on the topic.
