Alicia Keys has teased fans about the beginning of her major relaunch.
The 34-year-old songstress hasn't dropped a full album of new music since her LP Girl on Fire reached shelves in 2012.
On Friday Alicia released a song called 28 Thousand Days as part of a future Levi's jean ad campaign and the musician couldn't help but tease fans about the other professional projects she secretly has on the go.
"This is just the beginning believe me! We have so much to talk about! Live everyday like its your last!! #28000days (sic)," Alicia wrote on Twitter the day of the tune's release, seemingly alluding to a body of musical work she is currently crafting behind the scenes.
Alicia gave birth to her second child during her hiatus and now shares sons Egypt, four, and Genesis, seven months with husband Swizz Beatz.
In addition to new music, the star also has a wedding anniversary to celebrate, as she and Swizz tied the knot on July 31, 2010.
"There's no part of my #28000days I want to live without you!! Happy 5th anniversary my King,(sic)" she tweeted, attaching a photo of herself with Swizz to the message. The pair are on a beach exiting a black Mustang in the shot.
Although Alicia's solo efforts have been quiet since Girl on Fire debuted, she's been busy collaborating with other artists.
The Grammy-winning singer worked with film composer Hans Zimmer, fellow pop star Pharrell Williams and rapper Kendrick Lamar on their 2014 song It's On Again, which was penned for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 soundtrack.
In September of last year Alicia released a track called We Are Here from her forthcoming solo album, which will mark her sixth studio LP.
At the time she confirmed new music wasn't far away.
"What I know for a fact is it's the best music I've ever done in my life yet and it's really exciting to be able to have this kind of growth, this type of opportunity," she gushed to the Associated Press. "The music's actually pretty much done already and so you'll be hearing some of it soon."
