The songstress is now offering her six-bedroom manse on Long Island for $3.25 million USD.
It was previously on the market in June for $3.85 million USD.
Keys, 29, who recently gave birth to her first child, son Egypt Daoud Dean with music producer husband Swizz Beatz, bought the home in Syosset in 2005 for $3.875 million.
The 9,000 square-foot property, which sits on 2.2 acres, also boasts a pool, six bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a three-car garage.
Empire State of Mind singer Keys, who was raised by a single mother in the tough Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood of Manhattan, was unavailable for comment.
She and Swizz Beatz previously bought an apartment that used to belong to Lenny Kravitz in Manhattan.
