Alicia Keys says her son loves being on the road with her because he's a "people person".
The singer is currently busy with her Set the World on Fire Tour, which started in Seattle on March 7 and will end in Israel in July.
Alicia has son Egypt with husband Swizz Beatz and to ensure she isn't away from him too long, she has taken the two-year-old along for the ride.
"It is brand new being a mom on the road," she explained to Entertainment Tonight.
"And it's going great. He loves it. He's such a people person. He's having a great time. We have a little room set up for him at every venue, so that's great. He has all these toys and fun things to play with... It is a little juggle still kind of figuring out the timing of everything... but I'm happy that he's with me."
During her concerts, the 32-year-old is playing hits from her latest album Girl on Fire as well as some older tracks.
In the past, the star has said her new music details her transition to motherhood, something she loves sharing with her fans.
"I'm in love with [the show]," she smiled.
"It's really great because it's... very personal, so the audience and me were able to have this very personal interaction. I'm able to bring them into the songs on the album [in] a deeper way."
Alicia is set to play in San Diego today, before moving on to Las Vegas tomorrow.
