The Eurythmics star will receive the prize for her outstanding contribution to music at the Nordoff-Robbins award luncheon later this year, which will be held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on July 1.
Muse, David Bowie and Sir Paul McCartney have all previously picked up the award.
The star said she was a 'firm believer' of the music therapy charity and believes in the 'healing power of music'.
David Munns, the chairman of Nordoff-Robins, said he could think of 'no more worthy recipient' of the prize.
He said: 'As an outstanding musician and philanthropist, Annie's influence has been felt globally.'
