Less than a fortnight before Antony And The Johnsons release album number four.
The 'Johnsons' are various friends of musical genius Antony Hegarty, previously including Lou Reed, Rufus Wainwright, Boy George and Devendra Banhart alongside his core band.
Antony has almost completely eschewed stunt guests for album number four, Swanlights, apart from a very special duet with ice princess Bjork (Antony appeared on two songs on her 2007 album Volta).
He will also offer a 144-page book of artwork, photography and writing for a deluxe edition to hopefully draw fans into buying physical product.
Antony's second album I Am A Bird Now won the UK's prestigious Mercury Prize, and was recently credited as the inspiration for The Go-Betweens' Robert Forster to formally begin music writing.
Swanlights is due out on October 8.
