After an extravagant launch campaign, Aphex Twin has revealed his new album Syro will be released in September 2014, more details below.
The record, which will be Richard D James' first album in 13 years was announced earlier this week when a mystery blimp flew over London, whilst the artist encouraged fans to find out more details by searching the deep web.
Today (21 August) saw the album given an official release date, with Syro out through Warp Records on 22 September.
Along with an official release date, Aphex Twin has also given details on preorders, as well as revealing a full tracklisting.
As well as standard cd and download formats, there will be a 3xLP set available to purchase, and a limited edition equivalent that will be priced at £250 and limited to 200 copies.
