Two new Arcade Fire songs have made their way to the internet after being discovered by a lucky punter in a Glasgow record store.
One lucky punter spotted the 12" vinyl single featuring the tracks 'The Suburbs' and 'Month Of May', who leaked it to the BBC which saw versions flood the internet today.
Soon after, the band put a message up on their official website saying "Howdy yall - just finishing up pressing our new 12". Should be in stores in the next couple weeks. God willing. Good luck with finals. See you this summer! AF"
So how do the tracks sound? Well, just briefly, 'The Suburbs' is a synthy-string driven catchy pop tune that won't get out of your head for weeks filled with falsetto harmonies and the innocent kind of beat that Arcade Fire relish in.
'Month Of May', however, sounds like Arcade Fire and LCD Soundsystem got drunk and had a baby. Possibly this badass baby.
