Arcade Fire will make their live comeback next month in the UK, it has been announced.
As they near completion on the follow-up to their universally acclaimed debut album "Funeral", the Canadian rock heroes have announced details of five London shows.
The gigs kick-off at the end of January, with three dates at St John's Church, before they play two further gigs at Porchester Hall.
The group are expected to preview material from the new album at the shows, although there is still no information about a release for the record.
Speaking about the LP earlier this year, frontman Win Butler said the band had been recording in a renovated church in Montreal, utilising new instruments such as "a huge f*cking pipe organ".
