Arctic Monkeys headlined Leeds Festival last night (24 August) and the performance was their final UK live show in support of the band's AM album.
The Sheffield band made several references to Yorkshire during the set, with Alex Turner telling the crowd, "It's a beautiful night in the north", and occasionally shouting, "Yorkshire!" much to the delight of fans.
The Leeds headline set marked the last UK live show for the band in support of their phenomenally successful 2013 album AM, and Turner at one point asked the crowd, "What do you make of that new Monkeys record?"
Consequently, the setlist comprised mainly songs from AM, with older songs such as 'I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor' and 'Fluorescent Adolescent' also included.
The band closed the set with a rendition of '505', which Turner introduced by saying, "We'll leave you with a love song because we love you", before returning for a four-song encore. The full setlist from the Leeds Festival show is below.
