She told Etonline.com: 'I think she's on a cloud right now.'
The star said the couple's wedding date is still unknown, but one thing that is known is how she feels about her future brother-in-law, claiming, 'he is amazing.'
Jessica, 30, recently announced she was engaged to Eric, just days after her ex Nick Lachey told of his plans to marry Vanessa Minnillo.
