Babyshambles will not be playing a gig at London's Koko on November 25 for the Thambrok Monastery Foundation.
The band say that the show was never confirmed as they have other commitments outside of the UK.
However, Babyshambles have revealed that they do plan to do a show for Thamkrabok Monastery at a later date.
In a statement issued by the group, it read: "The band apologise for any confusion caused and hope their fans understand the situation."
Thamkrabok is the Thailand drug rehabilitation centre that former Libertine Pete Doherty visited in a failed attempt to kick his drug addiction.
Babyshambles will now also play the Sheffield Leadmill on December 16 as part of their UK tour, which is set to kick off at Coventry's Colusseum on November 28.
The full dates are:
Coventry Colusseum (November 28)
Oldham Castle (29)
Belfast Limelight (December 11)
Dublin Village (12)
London Forum (13)
Glasgow Barrowlands (14)
Blackpool Empress Ballroom (15)
