Band of Skulls continue their most successful year to date with the release of a new single from their critically acclaimed album Himalayan, a performance on Later Live With Jools Holland and huge headline tour of the UK and Ireland in October and November.
Combining the confidence and swagger of their current album's heaviest moments with vocalists Russell Marsden and Emma Richardson's gorgeous harmonies, eponymous single 'Himalayan' (released 9th November) perfectly showcases the band's ability to combine brute strength and killer melodies with stunning results. With renowned producer Nick Launay (Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Arcade Fire, Grinderman) at the helm, the band's third album 'Himalayan' sees Band Of Skulls deliver a body of work to cement their credentials as true heavyweights of the UK rock scene.
Not content with a huge festival season that has seen them perform at Glastonbury, Sonisphereand headline the Festival Republic stage at Reading and Leeds- as well as support Arcade Fire, Queens Of The Stone Age and The Black Keys- Band Of Skulls embark on their own UK and Ireland headline tour as shown below in October and November: The band have also dedicated a brand new track called 'How Can I Get To You' to their loyal gig going fans.
