Following their announcement earlier this month that the iconic Bay City Rollers would be reuniting for a reunion tour, the original members Les McKeown, Alan Longmuir and Stuart Wood have now announced a huge London show to top it off!
The classic line-up of the Rollers, who were once referred to as 'Britain's Biggest Boyband' - and even had the phrase 'Rollermania' attributed to the reaction they brought about in their huge teen fan base, will perform together on this comeback tour 40 years after the height of their fame.
The band said "We are delighted to be announcing the return and reunion of The Bay City Rollers …the demand has been phenomenal proving that Rollermania never ever went away, it just took a wee holiday "
Having announced their reunion nearly 30 years after their split, the Scottish band sold out all three dates at Glasgow Barrowlands in just 3 minutes, with fans still longing to hear hits such as 'Bye Bye Baby' and 'Shang-a-Lang' live.
Having sold 300 million records worldwide, the Rollers' comeback tour will now roll onto London's Hammersmith Apollo on December 30th with Rollermania still in full force.
Tickets priced at £32.50.
