Beyoncé Knowles and Jay Z could face getting kicked out of their LA home.
The music megastars have rented the $150,000-a-month property since February, making it a family home for their daughter Blue Ivy, three.
But according to TMZ the house on the 16,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate has now been sold, meaning they have to vacate within 60 days.
It doesn't sound like the pair will try and outbid the buyer, who is dropping $35.5 million on the home. Instead, it's reported they're after a new place in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air or also in Holmby.
House hunting would be a good way to take the couple's mind off rumours they are planning to announce their divorce. InTouch made the claims, but they were later refuted by Gossip Cop, which claimed it had a source that assured the rumours were totally untrue.
There has been speculation about their relationship since an altercation between Jay and Beyoncé's sister Solange at the 2014 Met Gala, but earlier this year Beyoncé's cousin Shanica Knowles also insisted the A-list power couple is solid.
"They don't even mention the elevator incident any more. It isn't spoken about and everyone has moved on from it. Despite all the rumours over the past year, her and Jay have remained united and worked on things behind closed doors," she told British magazine Heat.
"It's hard to really know how Jay and Solange feels about each other, but whatever tension there is between them is very much hidden. They've put their differences aside on all family occasions for the sake of Bey."
