Adam Levine has joked that Blake Shelton has a "man crush" on Usher.
Adam and Blake are mentors on the US version of talent show The Voice, with musical hunk Usher joining them on the judging panel for the next season.
The Maroon 5 frontman quipped country singer Blake has ditched him in favour of the show's new addition.
"Well, you [Blake] got a man crush on Usher so he's left me for Usher now! So he gets to spend the season making Usher feel uncomfortable," he deadpanned to Entertainment Tonight.
"I think I've done a really good job of that!" Blake laughed.
"I think I've said and done just about everything that crosses the line. But you know what, I'll say this; as much as I think he's cute and I've got the bromance with Usher a little bit, I always know who to come home to [nudges Adam]!"
The two pals are the only two original mentors staying on the panel, following the departure of Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green.
Joining Usher for the new season is singer Shakira, who has had some help from Adam settling into her role.
"It takes a second. You can't just come in and immediately know how it all works," the 33-year-old explained.
"I'm sitting next to Shakira, so I gave her some tips and it's all fun. We want the show to be great, so we informed them about certain things and how to handle them."
Taking Christina's place as the only female coach on the show, Shakira is now solely responsible for giving the woman's perspective.
Blake joked the pressure has brought out her competitive side.
"I almost think Shakira is maybe the most competitive person on the show. I think she feels disadvantaged being the only female on the show and you can tell she has something to prove," he revealed.
