Blake Shelton uses Twitter to shoot down cheating rumors

NBC's The Voice star Blake Shelton is tall and charismatic, and the constant target of tabloids who allege he and his country singer wife Miranda Lambert are at the precipice of a divorce over cheating claims.

Nothing could be further from the truth says Shelton, who uses Twitter and his sense of humor to set the record straight according to Us magazine.

The couple have been married for two years now.

"I just read back to back NEW stories that @mirandalambert and I are having a baby, divorcing, cheating and feuding with @cher," Shelton, 37, wrote on the social media site. "Must be true!"

"'Here's my phone,'" Shelton said he tells his wife. "'Go through it.' That's really the kind of trust we have. There are no secrets."

The most recent infidelity rumors about the "Over You" duo came after Shelton was spotted with actress Lindsey Sporrer at Usher's 35th birthday party.

Sporrer even posted a photo of the two of them together to her Instagram page, suggesting nothing romantic happened between them.

The singer and "Voice" judge took to Twitter to laugh at the latest rumors that he's been unfaithful to wife Miranda Lambert, among other sensational reports about their relationship.

The country music power couple have been married since 2011, after dating for four years. After fielding many rumors over the years, Lambert, 29, has previously said she has no worries about Shelton being unfaithful and he confirms he has nothing to hide.

Shelton also joked about the reports that he and Lambert are headed for an expensive divorce.

"If it costs 40 million dollars to get a divorce then how will we ever afford it?!!!" he wrote.

"We had that money set aside for health care!!!"
