Boy George charged with kidnap

Boy George has been charged with the false imprisonment of a 28-year-old man.

On April 28th Boy George, real name George O'Dowd, reportedly invited a male escort to his home and chaining the man to a wall. George was charged this week with the crime and released on bail, scheduled to appear in court on November 22nd.

Carlsen, who's from Norway, claimed to have met George through the Gaydar Web site and arranged to go to his flat at midnight as an $800 photographic model.

He became terrified, he said, when the "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" singer "jumped on" him and cuffed him to the wall.

"I was convinced I was going to die," Carlson told The London Daily Mail. "I walked into the bedroom wearing my white underpants and a T-shirt, and then I was jumped on. George handcuffed me to a hook by the bed as they held me down."

Apparently Auden didn't like George's version of hanging out and went to authorities.
