Brandon Flowers has confirmed a one-off London show, at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, on Monday 16th November.
The Killers frontman, who released his #1 solo album, The Desired Effect, earlier this year, follows his two recent sold out nights at Brixton Academy with this intimate standalone show.
Flowers, who reunited with his Killers compadres last weekend for a clutch of dates on the US West Coast, is reaching the end of an extensive US solo tour, and his Shepherds Bush date will be the last chance for UK fans to see him live until he next returns with The Killers.
Tickets for Brandon Flowers at London O2 Shepherds Bush Empire go on general sale this Friday, 25th September, at 9am. Tickets are available for all shows here and here.
Brandon Flowers has just released his new single, Lonely Town, the latest song taken from The Desired Effect. Lonely Town follows Can't Deny My Love and the massive airplay hit, I Can Change, and features Haim singer/guitarist, Danielle Haim, on drums.
The Desired Effect is Flowers' second #1 solo album, following 2010's solo debut, Flamingo, and his sixth overall including his four Number 1 albums with The Killers. The album has been received to great acclaim from critics and fans alike, with Rolling Stone hailing it "the best straight-up pop album made by a rock star in recent memory". The album shows Flowers reaching a new level of songwriting confidence and having a whole heap of fun in the process.
Flowers' solo return follows a time of continued success with The Killers, whose fourth consecutive UK #1 album, Battle Born, was released in 2012, with the greatest hits collection Direct Hits following in 2013. The band went on to play a landmark, sold out show at Wembley Stadium and continues to headline major festivals and stadia around the world.
