'If I'm walking out with it all f**king hanging out there for the world to see then, well, I need good lighting and a warm room.'
To make sure he looked his best for the revealing shoot, Michaels, 47, told E Online, 'I didn't eat for a day and I did about 2,000 sit-ups.'
The Rock Of Love star, who will undergo surgery to repair a hole in his heart next year, said that he is apprehensive about going back under the knife.
'When they're going through your body to operate on your heart, it's going to hit you somewhere that they're toying with the ticker,' he said.
