Overview
Brian May is a champion for all endangered animals in the world and his latest quest is in support of badgers who are about to be opened to hunting in the British countryside.
The British government plans to make the killing of badgers legal starting on June 1 in an effort to reduce tuberculosis in cattle. May has put together a sample version of his " which he presented at a public meeting on Saturday, calling it a "parody of Flash."
May's previously talked about his opposition to the government plan, saying "The disease comes from cows, it doesn't come from badgers. It's a very unfair situation. Badgers have been the scapegoat for years and years and farmers have been killing badgers for many, many years now."
Msy plans to release the finished version of the song prior to the start of the June 1 hunt.
