Brian was speaking when he arrived back at Sydney Airport with new girlfriend, Vogue Williams, after filming the Australia's Got Talent semi final in Melbourne.
Dannii, who lives in Melbourne, is reportedly undergoing a rocky patch in her relationship with Englishman Kris, father of their son, Ethan, 11 months.
Brian said: 'Dannii has issued a statement to say, 'Thanks for all your concern, they’re happy and committed to each other and Ethan'.'
Vogue also said the rainy Aussie weather was 'very Irish'.
Earlier, Brian and Dannii's fellow Australia's Got Talent judge Kyle Sandilands insisted he and Brian had given Dannii a cuddle to help her deal with her heartache.
Speaking on his Sydney’s based 2DayFm radio show today, Kyle said: 'It's the curse of the Australia's Got Talent judging panel.
'I was with her yesterday, and Kris separately.
'Brian and I were giving Dannii a little cuddle.'
