Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson writes horror.
The metalhead has co-written a horror film due to be unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
The film, supernatural thriller Chemical Wedding, will then be released across the UK this summer.
Simon Callow stars as Professor Haddo, the reincarnation of occultist Aleister Crowley, once described as Britain's most evil man.
Dickinson is currently on a world tour with Iron Maiden.
The film is directed by Julian Doyle, who co-wrote the script with Dickinson.
Doyle also directed the video for the band's 1988 single Can I Play with Madness.
