CALVIN HARRIS was thrown out of the X Factor studios tonight after storming the stage during the Jedward twins' performance.
The Scottish musician ran on the set with a pineapple on his head as the 18-year-old teenagers - real names John and Edward Grimes - performed Queen's Under Pressure.
He then slapped his backside before being bundled off stage by security.
Harris, 25, was due to take part in the Xtra Factor, the spin-off "behind-the-scenes" show, which starts on ITV2 straight after the ITV live show, but producers banned him from appearing after his stage-invasion stunt.
Host Holly Willoughby told the audience: "He used to get all the girls. Now he just gets kicked out.
"He has been shown the back door quite promptly. Naughty, naughty Calvin."
Earlier today, Harris had posted a photograph of a pineapple on his Twitter page with the caption "IMPORTANT".
Tweeting afterwards, Harris said: "Was just thrown out of x factor for jumping onstage during Jedward with a pineapple on my head."
Later he added: "At the end of the day I had a pineapple on my head. Sorry if I caused anyone embarrassment. P.S - I love Jedward!"
X Factor presenter Dermot O'Leary said: "I saw it from the side of the stage. It was one of those moments where everyone just stopped and said 'who's that?'.
"The boys were terrific to just carry on."
