If it's good enough for Rihanna, Cheryl, the Scissor Sisters (and so many others) it's good enough for Florence Welch. The gothic pop star has teamed up with Calvin Harris for a remix of her new single, 'Spectrum'.
Mixing Calvin's club beats with Florence's original vocals works remarkably well, with the epic, orchestral album track reworked as a club anthem. 'Spectrum' is taken from Florence's second album 'Ceremonials'.
Florence was recently announced as the final headliner at this year's Bestival. She will perform with her band on the Friday night of this year's September event.
"Her shows for us at Bestival and Camp Bestival over the last few years have always been highlights for many, and I'm glad we can finally seal the deal with a headline show on the Friday of Bestival," said Bestival organiser Rob Da Bank. "With The xx on before her, this promises to go down in the 'Best of Bestival' yearbook!"
