Cameron Diaz is reportedly adamant that she isn't available for work as she tries for a baby.
The 42-year-old actress tied the knot with rocker Benji Madden in January after a whirlwind seven-month romance. The couple are completely smitten with one another, so much so that Cameron is apparently taking extreme measures to start a family with her spouse.
"All she wants is to stay home and enjoy this special time in her life," a source told Us Weekly. "She has told her team she won't answer the phone for any amount of money - even though she has received offers for various things. She is adamant that she is not available for anything."
Last year was a busy one for the blonde beauty, who saw success with movies The Other Woman, Sex Tape and Annie. But it seems her schedule is completely clear at the moment aside from rumours of a sequel to 2011's popular Bad Teacher.
It's thought Cameron is happy to spend time at her and Benji's $10 million Beverly Hills mansion, where their wedding took place, during this time off. She is reportedly enjoying a break from the limelight alongside her 36-year-old husband.
"She loves watching TV and movies at home with Benji, and she's working on new recipes for a follow-up to The Body Book," the source added. "Her priorities have 100 per cent shifted. She wanted to settle down and she has."
To back these reports up, Benji has recently spoken about how much he loves being in the company of kids. His twin brother Joel and his wife Nicole Richie are parents to daughter Harlow, seven, and five-year-old son Sparrow so there's no doubt Benji is prepared for fatherhood.
"I have a great family, so I'm lucky I've gotten to experience all the joys of having a family," he told Australia's Who magazine.
"So I love kids, yeah."
